*Ingredients
°2 pounds fresh ground beef
°1 L tomato juice 1 (29 oz)
°1 (15 ounce) can of tomato puree
°can kidney beans, drained 1 (15 ounces)
°can pinto beans, drained 1
°onion, (about 1 1/2 cups)
°1/2 cup celery
°1/4 c green bell pepper
°1/4 c chili powder
°1 tsp ground cumin
°1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
°1 tsp salt
°1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
°1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
°1/2 teaspoon of sugar
°1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Put the beef and remaining ingredients in a 6-quart saucepan. Cover the pot and simmer the chili for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
