POLISH SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT & POTATOES




*Ingredients

°2 (cans of sauerkraut,
°un-drained (or 1 bag (2 pound))
°five or 6 potatoes, peeled and reduce into chunks
°1 cup of water
°1 pound Polish sausage, reduce into chunks (ought to use smoked sausage) 1 tsp caraway seeds
°1 bay leaf
°1/4 teaspoon pepper

*Directions:

Place sauerkraut and potatoes in sluggish cooker, upload spices and water. Place the sausage on it. Cook four hours on High or approximately 6 hours on Low or till potatoes are tender.
