*Ingredients:
°2 cups of sugar
°1/2 cup of milk
°1 stick (8 tsp) butter
°1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
°3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
°1 cup smooth peanut butter
°1 tsp pure vanilla extract
°Big pinch of salt
* Methods :
Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment.
* Bring sugar, milk, butter & cocoa to boilling in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring, then boil for 1 minute. Removing from fire. Adding roll oats, peanut butter, vanilla, & salt, and stirring to combine.
* Dropping teaspoonfuls of mix onto prepared baking sheet & let stand to cool and set, about 30 min. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
