MELT-IN-THE-MOUTH CHICKEN





*LIST OF INGREDIENTS :

°1 cup mayonnaise, sour cream, or Greek yogurt for a healthy spin!
°1/2 cup. Freshly grated parmesan.
°1/2 teaspoon of salt.
°1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
°1 teaspoon of garlic powder. 
°chicken breasts, I use four.

*PREPERATION:

1st step :
As always, I started by preparing my baking oven, I adjusted the temperature to 375°F.
2nd step:
In baking dish, I arrange chicken breasts in a layer.
3rd step:
After that, I combined the mayonnaise with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
4th step:
I spread the mayonnaise/yogurt mixture over the chicken in an even layer.
5th step:
To finish, I baked for 45 minutes, or until the filling was golden brown and a meat thermometer read 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
