Deviled Eggs

*Ingredients for 4 persons :

°1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
°8 boiled eggs
°6 tablespoons mayonnaise
°4 tablespoons chopped parsley
°1 bay leaf
°1 small onion
°1 salad
°salt & ground pepper

* Methods:

1Bring a little salted water to a boil with the whole peeled onion and the bay leaf-sauce.
Add the chicken breast. Cook for 10/15 minutes. Drain the chicken and chop very finely in a food processor.
2 Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and mix them well with the ground chicken.
Stir in mayonnaise, chopped parsley and a little salt and pepper.
Garnish the hollowed-out eggs with this preparation. Serve with salad. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
