*Ingredients :
°1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
°2 bells
°1/2 yellow on
°1 clove of garlic
°1 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry's or Mortons)
°4 slice cheese
°4 eggs
°1/4 c heavy cream
°1 tsp hot sauce
°1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
*Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cut the peppers and onions into small pieces. Mince the garlic.
Add the ground beef to a skillet and cook over medium heat, breaking up as it cooks.
When the beef is broken up, but still pink, add the peppers, onion, garlic and seasoned salt. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables have softened a bit.
Drain the fat from the skillet and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Tear cheese into small pieces and place over beef mixture. (I like it corny so I use more Provolone)
Adding eggs, cream, sauce & Worcestershire sauce to a blending bowl & whisk well to combine.
Pour egg blend on beef and placing dish in oven. Bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Enjoy !
