Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are make with rib eye / onions, peppers // provolone, all roll & fried to  perfect - The ultimate appetizer or snack on game day!

*Ingredients :

°1 1/2 tsp butter
°1 chop green pepper
°1/2 C chop onion
°1 pound rib eye steak, trimmed or coarsely sliced
°Salt and pepper to taste
°6 slices of provolone cheese
°12 egg rolls
°frying oil
°Ranch for diving optional

* Directions :

Melting half of butter in  skillet on medium heat. Adding pepper & onion & cooking for 3-4 minutes 
Removing vegetables To pan & covering to keeping them warm.
Melting other half of butter also adding rib eye to skillet. Adding salt also pepper to taste.
Cooking steak about 3-4 min  & fully cook.
Placing peppers & onions back to skillet with steak.
Laying egg roll & placing half cheese slice in middle.
Place approximately 2-3 tablespoons of steak filling on each egg roll wrapper and fold according to package directions, using water to seal edges of the wrappers as you go. 
Pour 2-3 inche oil to deep skillet. Heat oil 350 degree.
 Frying 3-4 egg roll time, stir occasionally, to brown, for 3-5 min.
Draiin on paper towel & serving with your choice sauce.
