Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Cauliflower Recipe Crunchy bites of cauliflower with Parmesan garlic bread, baked instead of fries. Very delicious !


° Half a cup of melted butter
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 1 c Italian breadcrumbs
° 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
° 1 medium head of cauliflower

Preheat oven 400 degrees f . Line  baking tray with parchmentpaper. Sit apart .
Removing all leaves from cauliflowerhead. Cutting cauliflower to florets, all about same size. You can cutting larger florets in half if obligatory.
Melt the butter in a small bowl. Add garlic and stir.
Placing breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, & Parmesan cheese in other bowl.
Dip every piece cauliflower in butter first, & in breadcrumbs.
Putting every rusk piece on prepared baking-sheet. Repeat to you have use up all cauliflower.
