Christmas isn't just Christmas without these - it's the coolest cake of the year! Time and time again, Betty Crocker fans tell us that these are the sweetest of all cookies, and it's no wonder. Soft Peanut Butter Cookies, made from scratch in the recipe, come along.
* Ingredients :
° 1 cup soft butter
° 1 cup creamy peanut butter
° 1 cup granulated sugar
° 1 cup packed brown sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 3 large eggs
° 4 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 teaspoons of baking soda
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 c sugar for roll
° 48 bag of Hershey's candy (unwrapped)
* directions:
In bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter, & sugars. Add vanilla also mix. Adding eggs, one at time, beat well after every addition.
In detach bowl, blend flour, baking soda & salt. Adding it to blend in a mixing bowl & mix until well blended .
Rolling dough into 1 balls & place on non-stick baking -at.
Refrigerate cookies about 30 min .
Baking cookie at 375 degrees about 8 min . If you like your cookies to be soft, make sure you don't overcook them. It shouldn't brown at all.
Once the cookies are out of the oven, press the kisses into the middle of the cookie.
Let cookies cool for about 3 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Stored cookie in an airtight-container.
