Juicy brown sugar-baked pork chops have convinced me to make them in the oven quite often. No more dry and unpleasant pork chops! The juicy brown sugar baked pork chops melt in your mouth!
*Ingredients:
+For two pork chops, keep the recipe the same. For 4 tranches double recipe, and for 6 tranches triple recipe.
° 1 tsp soy sauce
° 2 tsp oil-vegetable
° 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
° 1 teaspoon lemon juice
° 2 tablespoons brown sugar
° 2 tablespoons ketchup
* Directions:
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all sauce ingredients in medium bowl also whisk jointly .For pork chops, placing pork chops in saucepan, pour 1/2 of sauce on pork chops, cover with foil and cook about 30 min at 425 degres. After 30 min, drain liquid from pan. Pour rest sauce on pork chops and bake, un-covered, for other 30 min .If you wish, you can flip the fillets once in the last 30 minutes to achieve uniform coloring on both sides.
For ribs-spare : preheat oven 425 degrees. Place spare ribs in a baking dish, double the sauce recipe, pour half of the sauce over the spare ribs, cover with foil, bake for 1 hour, covered, or until the spare ribs are cooked through, draining the liquid from the pan. Pour other half of sauce on the spare ribs, also bake, uncovered, for 30 min . Continue an eye on pork for the last 30 min—it turns brown easy, then flip it on to finish baking-time.
My pack of Bone In Country Style Spare Ribs was 2 1/2 pounds, if you're make more, adjust amount of sauce-accordingly.
Enjoy !
