FRIED POTATOES WITH ONIONS

* Ingredients

° 500g of potatoes
° 3 large onions
° 2 tbsp. oil soup
° 3 tbsp. vinegar soup
° salt pepper

* Preperation

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes lengthwise as for the frits. Salt them, let them drain for a few moments.

Fry them in a very hot frying pan and let them drain.

Meanwhile, peel the onions and cut them into thin strips. Blanch them for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain them and put them in a pan with a little oil, pepper and cook them over moderate heat.

Leave to brown then put the fries on a plate. Place the onion on top and sprinkle with vinegar.

Serve as a starter
