Crunchy Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Received from a friend. I'm sure you could also use chicken for this if you don't like pork chops.


° 680 gram boneless pork chops
° A cup with a capacity of 60 ml containing honey
° 60 liters of lemon juice (bottled)
° 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
° 1 clove of garlic


In lg. pan, coated with nonstick spray, brown chops on both sides. Cook over medium heat until the juices run clear (about 10-12 mins.).
In a bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic.
Remove the chops and keep warm.
Add honey mixture to skillet; cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over the chops.
