There is nothing as good as cheese and garlic bread.There's just something unusual about biting into a piece of crispy French bread topped with mozzarella.

*Ingredients :
° 1 loaf of crispy French bread (either short low-fat or long and light fat)
° 3 tablespoons melted butter
° garlic powder (about half a teaspoon)
° 1 tablespoon dried parsley
° 2 c mozzarella-cheese
° 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
° 2/3 cup shredded provolone

Preheat oven 350 degres.
Cutting loaf in half horiizontally. Brush with butter, sprinkle lightly with less than half a teaspoon of garlic powder, use the top. Sprinkling with half a tsp dried parsley. Spread every cheese on it making sure it is equally distributed on bread. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp dry parsley.Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Turning on grill in last min of cook to brown top surface.Stay nearby, as broilers are unpredictable.
