SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE CAKE



* Ingredients :

° 1/2 cup of caramel sauce 
° 4 cups of powdered sugar
° 2 tablespoons of milk
° 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
+FOR THE GANACHE:
° 4 oz of dark chocolate
° 1/3 cup heavy cream
°  2 tablespoons of caramel sauce
° pinch of kosher salt

FOR THE CHEESE:
