How do you like your stuffed eggs? There are countless numbers of variations. Perfect for picnics, the holidays, for a school get-together and more, stuffed eggs are a go-anywhere snack. Everyone can add their personal touch to this delicious snack by choosing their favorite garnish. Not to mention that children love it!

* Ingredients :

° 12 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
° 1/4 c (60 ml) mayonnaise
° 2 tbsp (10 ml) Dijon mustard
° 1/4 tsp. (1.25 ml) salt
° 1/4 tsp. (1.25 ml) pepper
° Pinch of paprika (optional)

* Preperation :

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
Removing yolks & placing in  medium bowl; set whites apart .
Using a fork, mash the yolks; stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Using a spoon (or an icing bag), stuff the egg whites with the yolks.
Sprinkling with paprika, if wanted . Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
Serve in less than 2 days.
